Looks like a crew of sailors and plane handlers on a US aircraft carrier.

He’s walking out to the Marine helo (Marine One) for a ride back to the beach. Looks like he’s walking out from Flight Deck control to the helo and the flight deck personnel are serving as an honor guard.

Looks first class to me.

It is standard. Each color T-shirt is for a different crew.

It is so brass can identify personnel and know everyone is where they should be. The flight deck of an aircraft carrier is probably the most dangerous place on planet Earth.

Colors correspond to their individual jobs. Lets people know who's who without getting close enough to read rates/tapes. Safety thing.

Purple - refuelers, av gas
Green - maintenance
Red - Ordinance/crash crew
Brown - plane captain
White - plane inspectors for squadron
Blue - Av boatswains
Yellow - runs the whole show

It was a very impressive video. I had guessed the colors were for different tasks. I’ve seen that in different videos on carrier’s deck crews. I do believe the flight deck could be a very dangerous place. Lots going on there.
Trump is genuine and honorable. The left and the uniparty establishment are scared to death of him. That’s why there’s a concerted effort to keep him from being elected again; the third time.

Different colored jerseys indicate different jobs.
Yellow..aircraft directors
Purple..refuelers, affectionately called “Grapes”
Green..can be squadron maintenance or cat and arresting gear
White…Safety or squadron maintenance troubleshooters (checkered)
Red..ordnance handlers
Blue..tow tractor drivers
Brown..squadron plane captains affectionately called “turd shirts”.
