He had a great life in the great game of baseball.

Rest in peace.

Sold Whitey, & Darrell Porter a KS hunting license when they came to Beloit with Gary Heidrich (KS hunting personality) to hunt pheasants.

He was a good one,woulda had another ring except for Don Denkinger.

I can name more members of the '82 team than today's. Watched/listened to a lot a Cardinal games back then as a kid. Whitey ball on KMOX with Jack Buck calling the game, those were good times.
