I saw a vanity license plate in the parking lot of the Metra Center when attending the Billings Gun Show a couple of years ago that read "PMS 666" -- I found it much more amusing than did my wife!

Strange how in the East there is no such word- It's considered normal aging process. There is no mystery or syndrome attached to it. Well then again Shrinks and Lawyers don't invent words or syndromes to excuse females actions when they get to that point of their lives.

Well, lets keep things in perspective. In the east, women were not allowed to voice that sort of behavior. As second class citizens, they learned early on to keep their mouths shut.
American and European women, being unrestrained by any convention or behavior constraints, just let it all hang out.
