A $150,000 Illegal Mistake�

Normally I could care less about the Palin wardrobe, but Ambinder confirms I a suspicion I had this morning when I heard that she�d used $150,000 in campaign dollars had been used to buy her clothes from Saks and Nieman Marcus.

That its not a legal expenditure.

Under prohibited uses of Chapter 14 of the U.S. Code for use of contributions for certain uses we see:

(b) Prohibited use
(1) In general
A contribution or donation described in subsection (a) of this section shall not be converted by any person to personal use.
(2) Conversion
For the purposes of paragraph (1), a contribution or donation shall be considered to be converted to personal use if the contribution or amount is used to fulfill any commitment, obligation, or expense of a person that would exist irrespective of the candidate�s election campaign or individual�s duties as a holder of Federal office, including-
(A) a home mortgage, rent, or utility payment;
(B) a clothing purchase;
(C) a noncampaign-related automobile expense;
(D) a country club membership;
(E) a vacation or other noncampaign-related trip;
(F) a household food item;
(G) a tuition payment;
(H) admission to a sporting event, concert, theater, or other form of entertainment not associated with an election campaign; and
(I) dues, fees, and other payments to a health club or recreational facility.

I mean, that looks pretty black and white to me, though I�m sure a large number of campaign lawyers will be backing me up or explaining to me why I�m wrong shortly.

Not that blowing $150,000 on outfits for the campaign for the presidency from the party where fiscal conservatism is supposed to matter was such a hot move anyways.

Between this and Troopergate, Palin has already committed more provable crimes in office in 2 years than can be proved than of the� accusations made of George W. Bush in 8 years.

Obama may also have been a citizen of Indonesia . The only consistent part of the story was Stanley Ann returning to Hawaii to claim he had been in the United States and was a US citizen. In his ruling, Judge Surrick noted that the '...cause came before the United States District Court Judge, Honorable R. Barclay Surrick on defendant Barack Hussein Obama and the Democratic National Committee's motion to dismiss.' The order continued, 'Having reviewed the motion and plaintiff's opposition to said motion and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the motion to dismiss pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12( (1) and 12( (6) is denied. It is further order of this court that the following discovery is to be turned over to plaintiff within three (3) days.

1. Obama's 'vault' version (certified copy of his 'original' long version) birth certificate; and

2. a certified copy of Obama's Certificate of Citizenship;

3. a certified copy of Obama's oath of allegiance.'

In his original filing, Berg specifically asked for those three items.

His up and coming visit to Hawaii this Thursday to visit his ailing grandma is a ruse. Actually, he's been ordered into court to appear on Friday, according to other reports. Notice that MSM nor Fox even report this. Kinda funny, that his Granny is down with a broken hip and he's running to visit her, yet it seems he only spent 1 hour with her on his vacation to Hawaii a month ago, and didn't even take his wife nor kids with him to visit Granny. I think of all of the poor college students stricken by OBAMA Mania.

1) They cut their washing budget so they wash their clothes only 1 per month.
2) They use only one sheet of tp(per Sheryl Crow) directive.
3) They go off of dining policy and eat raimen noodles so that they can send all of their change to the Obama campaign.
4) They flush the toilet once per day to save water.
5) They call and harass everybody they can and buy cheap Chinese T-Shirts and Bumperstickers.

This way. Obama can travel with 200 people on his personal Jumbo Jet. I bet that puppy costs more per week than the wardrobe.

I have noticed that Barack's kids and wife aren't dressed too shabby.
All of Biden's kids and grand kids are dressed up.

I earn a decent living and do well. I pay my taxes and contribute to the federal election race.

Obama's campaign is built on poor folk who are barely getting by sending him the little money that they have.

In reality, Obama should have taken federal funding because he would ask for all the money and leave people with change.

We saw some decent racks in So.Eastern Ohio when we went squirrel hunting two weeks ago. Hey, I wasn't jack lighting, it's just that my fog lamps show the side of the road good ( who says they shouldn't be on a 45 deg angle). One guy we talked to said he found a dead medium 6 point in the woods with three holes in it, he said it looked like it got gored by another deer, so they are fighting.

I don't know if I'll get to W.VA. this year, it don't look good for it, but that's a meat shoot.

Your post made me check to see where Unit 30 is. Too bad! It's a long way from here (I'm right on the line between Units 12 and 15). I was hoping that we could possibly "chew the fat" after your hunt.
