johnson leading i was hoping he liked the wall enough to hit it again

Has MM said this would be his last year yet? Hoping he takes it all. All the other Hendrix boys should step down and let him have it. Maybe JR will take out the 48. He and MM have been buds for awhile. But we know that's not happening.

Mark has signed for 2 more years with Hendrick.
Rick Hendrick has publicly stated that Mark does more for his team than what he does behind the wheel, and he will have a ride as long as he wants one.

I would love to see that

Jr. took out half the field, but nowhere near the leaders.

Trying to figure out if JR is a flash in the pan or not. For sure he will never be his Dad. I sure would liked to have seen him go to Gibbs Racing versus Hendrix. Labonte, Stewart and JR would have made a good team. Always did like Labonte.

darn looks like johnson is gonna win 3 laps away
Posted By: shreck Re: NASCAR is in Phoenix - 11/15/09
JJ wins and leads the most laps. He took all the points there were on the table. Daym.

so 25th or better next week at Homestead and he wins. still his to lose and that's always a risky situation to be in. there's hope for MM.

Nascar has become like watching golf to me. I just can't do it anymore. JJ is a nice guy, and a heck of a racer, but it's just boring now.

They need some serious changes for me to become interested ever again.

I'm a JJ fan and I have to agree with this statement...If my guy wasn't winning, I would have no desire to watch. The racing has just gotten really boring. It's nothing like it used to be...no real personalities or rivalries and they have it so regulated that it's like watching on old IROC race every week. That having been said, I think that Chad and Jimmie would have been good in any era.

Small track Magic is best---Bristol, Richmond, Martinsville, Dover, Darlington, (Re-open Rockingham & No Wilksboro). Shoot run every race at Bristol. It'd sell out every Saturday! Atlanta, Charlotte, Daytona all good. Shut down everything West of the River.

Yes!

Small track or large, NASCAR has about regulated themselves into a corner. Fan base is going away, and tv ratings are dropping. It's gotten so boring for me, don't know if I'm gonna watch any next year.

I've been a NASCAR fan since the early 1960's. I'm still a fan and I don't find the races boring at all. While I'm not a fan of JJ, I do respect the consistent performance he ans his team demonstrate. There is actually more top talent in NASCAR now than ever before.
