Don't know about Goliath, but in a castle in Germany, there is a suit of armor dating back several centuries that was found in a hidden passageway when the ruin was being investigated. The armor would have been fitted to a man standing seven feet tall. Armor wasn't made for decoration back then. It was custom stuff and this was meant for combat. There were legends of a seven foot knight but I can't recall the particulars or how or where he may have met his end. Suffice to say this particular armor was crafted for a tall man for the time.

Look just above the bones, there is a very faint horizontal line all the was across, the colors don't quite match above and below the line.

I started this one a few months ago just for fun, but never got around to finishing it.

It isn't Goliath's skeleton, as the head is still with it. I am thinking David took that.
