i teach a college class entitled "contemporary management", and we discuss how men and women manage others, among other topics. it's interesting to note men are drawn to the "visual" side (and tend to rank these attributes higher), whereas women list things such as sense of humor, dependability, honesty, sincerity, smile, general appearance, etc. far higher on their list. i believe penis size comes in about 17th place. to say we are different is a gross understatement.

Only if they're with men of average or smaller size. Once a woman is with someone of above average size (relative to their experience particularly) it tends to move much farther up the list.
