its not sticking to the ground, but my 2 yr old thought it was cool this morning.... Was neat to watch him having fun...
Snow! Way cool! You don't know what you've got until you live somewhere without it. Then, after a few years, strangely you start to miss it.

Skid---I like your signature, the "Our house.." one. Is that original with you?
The mountains here are white almost down to where I live. Some of the ski resorts got two feet since Sunday. The weekend storm was mostly rain and really messed up the shortened three-day deer hunt in northern Utah. Then it turned cold Monday evening and the drops became flakes.

It's 38 right now and expected to clear up for a couple days before the next weekend storm. The low snow will be gone by then, but it won't be long until I'll be running the "blow snower" most mornings.
Ours was Oct 25 and it stuck for a day. 2 inches in about 15 minutes.

It's in a song.
We had it here this morning, just flurries. Up by Duluth and to the NW it stuck. Looked like a couple inches.

Thus the quotes. wink Didn't have space for them at first but made room. And the singer is from Wisconsin. "We're about John Wayne, Johnny Cash and John Deer, out here."
Used to live up on the Range when I was a wee one. Miss the winters. crazy
Got between 8 and 10 inches here. Still blowing like crazy.Had 4 four wheel drive pickups stuck in front of my house already. Northern north dakota. Oh ya winds to 55 mph for two days now. ED K

Why? smile
Can you have more fall Saturday evening?
I'd love to see the Buckeyes play in a snow bowl!
I talked to 338Rem today and he said it was snowing in Minneapolis... I lookede outside at the thermometer and told him it was sunny and 80 here in the Texas Hill Country... I don't know why but he cussed at me... grin

By the looks of the Intellicast radar that storm covered most of SD and ND.
Halfway between Fargo and the border we just had interesting winds.

If snow would have come with it we would have had a dandy storm.
You can keep your 80*. It's deer season, we like it 30 with some tracking snow.

But then we'll take your 80* grin

The sky cleared up today after about a week of rain. The Olympics Are snow topped.

Hold on to your hat, it is supposed to be a snow year around here.
I'm kinda liking the temps. I could do without the wind though...
Report last night was 13 inches in the turtle mountains(hills) so should have some for the guys who like it for deer season.Supposed to warm up again but thats quite a bit to melt this time of year . ED K
