being on an Indian reservation contractors from outside the area are supposed to hire a certain percentage of native americans to put to work on the projects.......the company that is doing the tribal water project just got shut down cause there werent enough indians on the job site during an inspection by the tribes.....course the company had hired more than the required percentage, however they could not find enough to show up and just sit on their arse to collect a paycheck.....even doing nothing to collect a paycheck they could not find enough ppl to actually show up to the job site so they could stay running......and they were paying significantly more than minimum wage....
