I have a 6-color desert camo jacket (chocolate chip) in a size large that is tight across the back of my shoulders. For whatever reason, there's a "cape" on the inside that seems to restrict shoulder movement. But if I turn the jacket inside-out, it fits pretty good.
I'm almost of the opinion that if I cut this out, the jacket will fit me a lot better. I've seen these "capes" on the outside of jackets before but not on the inside. Does anyone know why they are made this way? Thanks.
