Hey Gang,
If work wasn't enough of a kick in the groin, I just got another kick today.

We had an IEP meeting for my oldest son Elijah last Thursday and the Occupational Therapist that evaluated him suggested we get his eyes checked and possibly seek a specialist. Saturday we seen an optometrist and he referred us to a developmental optometrist. We were able to get in today to see her and after an evaluation she determined he has a Convergence insufficiency and pursuit dysfunction. She feels therapy is needed to help with the issue.

Now we are working on getting the funds necessary to be able to start the treatment.
Guys/Gals, as much as I would like to ask for donations, I believe in the power of prayer and faith in my lord and savior Jesus Christ. More than anything I ask for prayer. If anyone can donate, it would be well received and extremely appreciated. But please keep my little boy in your prayers. He needs it (we could use some prayers too).

Because of all the good things in my life and all the good things that have happened in my life, I believe in miracles. Some have been given as proof of his goodness and healing, and others have been done thru others to show he is there.
I got healed from studdering. After years of speech and therapy, the problem never improved. When I was in the 5th grade my uncle took me to a Benny Hinn Crusade. Regardless of what anyone thinks of the man, The power of God flowed thru that arena. I was healed that night. Not by any man, but by God. It was the best feeling in the world and am glad to be able to share my testimony with whoever will listen.
That is why I ask for prayer more than anything. Because I know the power of prayer and power of God.
