I enjoy watching clouds(storms) come and go. This afternoon one built up and hit about 100 miles to the east.

These were little(horny?) ones, I saw a few that were bigger than small birds.

One of them flew inside the pickup and buzzed the face of my dad's heeler pup-dog....freaked him out.....grin

Looking east at about 8000 feet, missed getting the lightning flashes....

On a perfectly clear day, suddenly this string of dark cloud went right over our house... Spooky it was, it suddenly turned cold !!

Stratus - thin, flat layers;

Cumulus - puffy cotton-like buildups; and,

Nasty-Lookin' Bastids.

I really don't know clouds at all

To each his own. But, this is my cup of tea. Lake Ontario, Oswego, New York.

I work as a meteorologist and love cloud pictures and understanding the phenomena that causes each of them.

This was filmed in New Brunswick and is truly amazing. It starts getting good at about 50 seconds.

had a sw wind starting out this morning which switched around to the ne, and low tide. we caught several under size specks and reds managed two keeper trout all day. we did have a huge school of 10-24 inch reds swimming on the surface all around the boat but they wouldn't hit anything we threw at them.

Excellent.
