Here's how I do it.

I get up and fetch the paper, read it while guzzling coffee.
Maybe I kill chitt. Or not.
Maybe I cut up stuff with saws.
Maybe I try to heal minds in the innanet. Or not.
I have dinner, guzzle coffee, watch warm fuzzie stuff like Blacklist or The Following.
Drink more coffee, mebbe get laid and pass out.

Sometimes I trade whiskey for coffee.

Repeat.

I don't really sleep at night.
I'm an agnostic, dyslexic, insomniac, I lay awake all night wondering if there is a dog.

I have a surefire method for falling asleep under even the most dire situations.

I try to imagine all the interesting things president obama might say to me if we were to pal around.

I have dogs to guard the property, motion lights and a shotgun. I sleep great.

Dims sleep well, because we are rich, and zero will make us take care of them, they think.
