Yeah, I've seen a lot of those Colourised WWII films. If you watch close you may notice that the soldiers uniforms change color from scene to scene. And sometimes they have misidentifed Germans as Brits and vice versa.
Not sure I believe the tale about the 20mm shell in the B-17 gas tank. Did the'17 fly low enough to get hit by 20mm?
