This network has more technical problems than any other network I belong too. It is extremely frustrating. It seems the administration ought to get rid of that cheap Chinese or East German equipment. It's time to move into the 21st century and buy real equipment to run this network.

DD: Forgive my computer ignorance, but are you talking about this site?

Past month or so it has become royal PITA to deal with.....constant computer and page freezeups, slow response to commands and a general nuisance that I don't experience from here with other sites.

Is it my computer? What's going on?

It has been giving me trouble lately , if you are talking about the forum and the problem of pages reloading without having to completely exit out and restarting . My guess it is a server problem on Rick end or the NSA has hired new people who can't record or read as fast.

I wouldn't mine donating if they get rid of the damn banner ads which is where most of the problem probably lies.

Everything you guys talk about including that irradiating little box that says data error and forum administrators have been notified.

It has been playing up of late, and I wonder how much is interference from odd-bods that do not like hunting.

Seems like the problems occur during peak use hours,,, like Monday morning when everyone's back to work and catching up on the fire drama instead of doing the work they're being paid to do.

I find the best solution is to get off my ass and find something productive to do. YMMV

Live is hard, but God forbid if anyone ever does anything to make it easier on them.

It gave me problems multiple times this weekend as well as this morning.Same data error/report to administrator. Both with explorer and fire fox. It's not user error.

Maybe I don't have issues because I use Chrome..

I get the error notice too and can't log on. Sometimes when I do get on, it just chugs, churns and spins - I usually bail when this happens. It happended this am so I immediately checked my internet speed and it was right where it should be. This is the only site I have this issue with.

No problems here-
I run Google Chrome, with Ad Block Plus.

Derby_dude: Here in SW Montana with the high speed cable Bresnan Company I have no problems here what so ever with this "network"!
Maybe its your cable service or computer?

It has decided to start double and triple post something today. Not just me, but others as well.

I also use Chrome and have had no problems. I had quite a few of the problems you are describing when I was using Internet Explorer.

Couldn't access the site with my laptop, and went to smartphone only to get the same thing...

Problems here too. I emailed the webmaster yesterday and it came back "Fixed" .Same thing this AM though

Out of about a dozen forums I I frequent. This is the only one that I consistently have problems with, so I know it isn't my computer or me.

From the sounds of other members ,it is the same with them.

Right this moment I'm seeing the last five posts going back 50 minutes have 0 views and 0 posts.

Bad earlier this morning. I gave up and went away. Log on a short while ago and it is still not working properly. The next time I have a problem I'm gone.

I just came back in and checked. The first five threads have 0 views and 0 replies. When I click them I get "Problem looking up this post in our database".

This is indeed the only site I have problems on but they've been pretty rare since I installed adblocker------ until now.

Yeah I've been getting a lot of "UBBER administrator" problems where a thread won't come up or my device locks up due to inability to get the server. Strange. Running safari on an IPad.

When I change pages, I get all kinds of "Transferring data from ..." in a rectangular box in the lower left corner. Also "Connecting...." and "Waiting..." This slows things down.

I don't have any problems logging on here. and the ads are gone. I use firefox with adblock. I run Norton 360 antivirus, malware bytes, and windows 7. This is a great website.
