That's just nuts!

I always thought that when someone was said to have a set of balls, that it was a figure of speech.

Now I know that it can also be a reality.

Scary!

I don't understand why surgery was so difficult. It's just a snip and remove the bad ball. Don't they do this thousands of times everyday on animals?

Must be that his health is so bad that they can't put him under anesthesia.
That guy's biggest problem is in his head! What made him think he could wait that long to do something about his testicular travesty?

That travis after a week in mexico?
Some 50 years ago, my Dad had a testicle swell up to about three by eight inches (which he insisted on showing to my brother and me.) Shortly after that, he went to see the doctor. He never mentioned it again, but he walked a bit gingerly for a week or so afterwards. I suspect the doctor removed it.
