Providing that the retailers obeyed the law I don't see the lawsuit going anywhere. It will however cost the retailers to defend themselves. The lawsuit will also continue to fuel the panic buying and hording.

Ernie
there are reasons why the Trial Lawyers Association funds all these crackpot groups.
Maybe we should start suing the parents of these wacko kids! Next they'll be suing the truckers who delivered the ammo!

More of a fund raiser than a lawsuit really. They know it won't go anywhere but it sounds good when they ask for more money.

Good to see you back, Nathan.
They should be suing the State of Colorado. His shrink called the police and reported him for homicidal threats and they did nothing. The guy had guns, ammo, ,bomb-making stuff and a written plan in his apartment. They could have easily gotten a 72-hour psych hold and a search warrant and nobody dies.

Yeah, I just got my spam from the Brady Bunch. For a safer America we do this, send us money.

If you don't have a plan to bomb a company or go on a rampage you obviously have never done much retail shopping.
When do we get to sue the Brady Bunch for not stopping violent crimes?
