The newest thing with Donald Trump's name on it is a lawsuit. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has filed suit against the unusually blond billionaire, labeling his Trump University a fraud. As many as 5,000 people have paid up to $35,000 to attend the school dating back to 2005. The suit says, "Trump University engaged in deception at every stage of consumers' advancement through costly programs and caused real financial harm." Trump's legal team says the suit is politically motivated since Schneiderman is a Democrat.

The parent company, in which Donald Trump has a 10 percent stake, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sept. 9. Trump Plaza shut down on September 16, costing more than 1,000 people their jobs. The property has been bleeding money for years. The Taj Mahal, one of the largest buildings in New Jersey, could have a future under a different management team even though it too loses money, casino analysts have said. It is due to close in November if a buyer is not found. The property has a workforce of about 2,800.
