Both party's dumb as a brick!
Couple day's ago a 17 year old boy was shot dead...
A (I think it said) 45 year old man living in a single family residence (a private house) next door to an apartment complex.
Man was not known to be affiliated with any gang activity or being a member of any gang. But did have approximately 10 year criminal record, starting with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit followed by multiple convictions of being a felon in possession of a weapon, and an assault conviction. He had done all his time, probation and was free to live his life without supervision!
Wasn't said why the man had a permit to grow marijuana but he did and he did.
The teen, being a dumb but playful teen... took a pair of scissors, and it doesn't say whose property the kid was on, the man's or the apartment complex where he lived.
But took the scissors and apparently tried to trim a little pot for his own use... where being seen by the owner of the home shot the kid dead on the spot.
So you could say legal pot, leaves a kid dead, and the grower back in prison for murder.
