New #Ferguson: forensic evidence lent credence to Officer Wilsons version of events

Quote
A breaking New York Times report sheds new light on Ferguson police officer Darren Wilsons mortal encounter with local Michael Brown.

The police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., two months ago has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as he struggled over his gun with Mr. Brown, according to government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter.

The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed.

The forensics tests showed Mr. Browns blood on the gun, as well as on the interior door panel and on Officer Wilsons uniform. Officer Wilson told the authorities that Mr. Brown had punched and scratched him repeatedly, leaving swelling on his face and cuts on his neck.

According to the New York Times, Wilson told authorities that he fought with Brown for possession of his service pistol, resulting in two rounds fired inside his police vehicle. One round struck Brown in the arm, and the other was wasted

Not yet he isn't in the clear. Politics still has to work it all out.
I hope so. He did the right thing, had a struggle for his life with a thug, and just barely came out the winner. Don't see anything wrong with that.

Jesse Jackson and the Brown family need money..
CASH MONEY!
Cmon, everyone that's rational knows he tried to grab the 6'5 300 pound primate and pull him into the squad car through the window in order to assault and murder him, just because of his skin color. It's the only thing that makes any sense.

God, I'm turning into Sherp... grin

This is beneficial for rational and fair-minded folks. The strongest of such evidence will not mean a lick to racists, haters, race profiteers and rioting thugs who use such events as drivers for ugly behavior. Yelling and pointing now will focus on any shots fired outside the car.
Wilson was an atheist and when young Micheal was out spreading the word of Jesus, to convenient store clerks and Officer Wilson, Wilson took exception to that. Nobody will spread the word of Jesus in his city, let alone a black person. So with hands raised to the sky, praising his lord and savior Jesus Christ, Micheal Brown was executed in cold blood. With his dieing words he whispered to officer Wilson, God Blesses and forgives you... cry

Here's hoping that Officer Wilson gets enough from his suit against the city to relocate him and his to a place where decent people live.
Ahh, the truth comes out. [bleep] liberals and animals, what a combination.
I'm confused! Brown died from a shot in the arm? This ought to rattle the cages in Ferguson!
Was there ever any doubt?

Only a fugging moron would think otherwise.

I think that he will get the $500,000 that people donated to support him.

I would like to see, after the official report comes out, go arrest everyone of those so called witnesses that claimed he was shot standing there with his hands up. Throw their azz in the jail for a long, long time and send them a bill for the cost of cleaning up the riot, NG troops and other overtime LEO's.
there is no reasoning with this crowd. 400 years of oppression demand retribution.

That thought-process is so effed up it is incredible.

I never owned any slaves, and I don't owe anyone alive today [bleep] because of what happened over 150 years ago.

No schit.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I get screamed at and called "redneck" or "cracker", only for enforcing rules that these name callers were already fully aware of the circumstances resulting from breaking those rules.

Yes, he was explaining the "God giveth and God takes away" thing to the store owner.
Ok, seriously - I didn't follow this. Honestly I've got better ways to waste my time, but didn't the kid have a couple more than 1 hole in him when the story ended? confused
I thought the same thing, thought the guy shot more than twice.

I believe that's correct. It seems after the rounds fired in the car, the cop got out, badly injured, and tried to make the arrest. The punk charged at him and got shot a few more times, this time ending his life.
How bad was Wilson's injuries.....I forgot

Fractured eye socket. I believe when he tried to get out of his car, the punk slammed the door on his head.

That's not what they are saying at all

Hopefully, he is in the clear. I doubt whether he'll ever return to law enforcement duty again, but he'll be able to rebuild his life.

It amazes me that more has not been made of his injuries - by his attorney and family. I saw one picture of his bruised face and that was a week after the shooting. Such evidence should be exculpatory, in my opinion.

Of course. Pure insanity not to do so.

The fact he was shot once while in the car doesn't mean he wasn't shot at afterwards too

It's very possible the witnesses are telling the truth too

It's not "either-or"
It can be both

I'm actually looking forward to the [bleep] out rioting. It'll make for some good tv and also serve as a wakeup call to every white person that ain't brain dead.

The commies at CNN are lickin' their chops already...but their anti-white agenda will backfire, this time.

There's little need to make a big deal of it to the public.

The Grand Jury are the only ones that matter now, and I'm sure they are seeing all the eveidence from both sides

It's a marathon, not a sprint. If it were me, I would STFU and let all the idiots lie over and over before they ever get to see any of the evidence that proves they are lying.

Then, if you end up in court on trial, you get to completely shred the credibility of all the people who made factually incorrect statements under oath to the grand jury.

Maybe that is why some of the "witnesses" are now trying to avoid testifying to the grand jury.....

and liberals are out nothing
I figure the other shots after Wilson left his car is where the Feds will try to nail him. Nothing looks good yet.

Seems the witness reports I remember, Big Mike was standing in the street with his arms up, not doing anything. I would think that if he had been shot in the arm, they wouldnt both be up, and I bet he wouldnt be standing there doing nothing.

If I was shot in the arm, it wouldnt be up in the air and I would probably be cussing and screaming about how bad it hurt.

The witness reports, from the beginning sounded like the oh too familiar, I didnt do nothin and he was such a good boy.

Good points. It will all come out eventually. There seem to still be a lot of confusing facts.

The early pictures of facial damage to Office Wilson turned out to be of someone else. There were conflicting autopsy reports, witnesses, etc. My law school evidence class repeatedly made the point that eyewitness testimony is the very worst, most unreliable evidence even when the witness is totally sincere. And I'm skeptical about the onlookers here.

We'll see. I think Wilson needs the support he is getting. There is evidently a feeling in the more lawless communities that one can take on the police and get away with it.
Even if a video surfaced that 100% proved Wilson's claim, he would NEVER be "in the clear" to that bunch of sub-humans. The truth means absolutely nothing to them.
Civil suits are pending, you betcha!

I hope he gets no billed just so I can watch the knee grows go crazy and burn down the businesses where they live etc...I saw they are boycotting wal-mart now. Now that's a boycott I can get behind.
Let'em burn their neighborhoods down.... and the government refuse to rebuild them anymore...

Not everyone saw the whole thing from beginning to end.
There were some that never saw what took place at the vehicle

The shot to the arm was a flesh wound, and wouldn't have prevented him from lifting his arms

It's all on the autopsy report that was released a long time ago

+1

Fully believe his side of the story. However he still needs a great lawyer.
