here's it in a nutshell from my view
I endeavor to treat folks with respect, even folks that have differing view points or value systems from mine.
I'm willing to engage in open and honest debate with folks over philosophical differences. It's a chance for both parties to learn and perhaps, sometimes, even find some common ground.
It's evident to me, by your postings here, that you don't behave the same way. You avoid debating issues or merits of GOP candidates vs. Dem candidates.
Your schtick is to show up once in awhile, post something inflammatory or derogatory towards Conservatives or conservative candidates, insult, ridicule and then duck and run when you're asked to explain how your side (the Dems) are so much better for our country.
It's evident you're here mainly to inflame and try and provoke anger.
I figured if we finally met face to face. One of 3 things would happen.
#1. You're personality FTF would be far different than your "internet" persona. IOW's that you'd behave yourself more civilly.
You wouldn't be able to duck the questions asked back to you, you'd have to stand your ground and explain why your and your shared view of the Democratic party is so much better for America (including my children)
#2. Or wonder of wonders, which I sincerely doubt, based on the PM you sent me a couple of years ago, again your usual schtick. You come here it seems only to denigrate and anger folks that post here, and then when the heat gets turned up a mite for you, you send a message in essence "hey can't we all just get along, I'm a good guy, let's get together and have coffee"

My life by and large is pretty well mapped out and I do enjoy it.
But I've never enjoyed hypocrites or cowards, which based on your activity here can only lead anyone of common sense that you're both of those to a tee.

I'm a man of principle, and yes I will indeed fight for my principles.
I try and explain over and over to you Walt, it's not your politics I can't stand as much as your behavior.
In my book you're a chickenchit. It's evident by your posting style and your refusal to meet with me in person to see if we can't intellectually persuade one another to act like decent human beings or sans that let the chips fall where they may.
Trust me I'm entirely comfortable with the differences in us and the way we behave and treat our fellow man.
It's one of the things that allows me to be happy in this life. That I don't act like you do here.
