Torture him till he spills the "Halal" beans then kill him.

I wonder which gate he tried to get through? I was an MP on Ft. Sam in the early 1970's. It was a completely open post with the gates locked open. I drove by the post in 2005 and the gates on all the streets that got you onto Ft. Sam were all closed. Some had entry control points and some were just permanently locked up. Interesting point that the person was Saudi with explosives in the vehicle. Who'd a thunk.

An additional point. In the early 1970's many of the "foreign soldiers" going through the Doctors/Physicians program on Ft. Sam were Iranians. Most of who I understand were used for machine gun fodder in the war with Iraq since they were not part of the "Revolution". (they were friends of the Shah and not the ayatollah)
