Hunting hard for a big Muley on a poached over spread with oilfield on the Pecos out of McCamey but haven't seen anything but does and rag-heads since season started.

My GSP passed last spring and I have nothing to get ducks out of the river this year but that will be after deer season.

I'm too old for that 14 hours a day crap, Pat. My bud says his place on Piney Creek in Polk Co is covered in acorns and the hunting is hard with the deer not having to move.

Thanks Poo, I am happy with both of them. The bigger one was at least 6.5, and almost 200 lbs, which is a big deer for us. I don't care what the antlers are as long as they're mature.
