This guy is an avid hunter, trapper and makes
his own predator calls.

He has had access to the 6666 Ranch for decades. I've met him a few times since we share a gunsmith/friend. The 'smith has an old picture of Wyman in front of a 'Six's line cabin which must have close to a hundred coyote and cat hides on the front porch.

I've met Wyman at Texas Outdoor Writers Association conferences a few times, and have a writer buddy who grew up with him in the Wichita Falls area. He is a GREAT photographer, with a talent for selecting great things to photograph.

Several of his neat pictures remind me of tramping around in Palo Duro Canyon a couple of centurys ago. Pretty to look at but hot and dry.

That's cause lots of those pics are from that area of the panhandle.

Good reason, huh.

I met some trappers\predator callers recently that
have access to PDC. Some nice bobcats etc.
"Charles Goodnight: Rancher and Plainsman" - J. Evetts Hayley
is a big book and one of the best I've ever read.
