Great post, getim, for all the cop bashers out there, this is a good example of what they deal with.

Of course, the cop is at fault, because of the 1,112th bad choice this guy made was not getting tackled by "them" and getting the schit kicked out of him for resisting....then lawyering up, because he's got rights.

all kidding aside, it would bother the heck out of me to watch someone do that, when I was trying catch him/get him under control. At least he didn't get cut in half and scattered along the tracks.
