How about our justice system is letting them go free when they commit crimes as just one of the problems. They could stop all this BS if they stopped getting away with it. If there were more penalties for all when the law is broken a lot of this would stop. We need to start with the president and work our way down. If the government gets away with breaking he law then the people believe they can do it too.

Here in my fair city, the Village Green apartments are the section 8 housing for the black women with babies. All are unmarried, but all have a boy friend living with them in the free apartment.
