Seems a bunch of teens and 20 somethings from our local town and the town just to our north organized a parade. It started near Summerville, picked up participants along the way and did a tour of Rome. They ended up parking at one of the Walmart parking lots for a while to send a message.

I just happened to be coming out of Walmart as they were arriving. There were well over 100 vehicles. Found this on you tube today. They did a pretty good job filming and editing.

There aint no planter class no more.

There aint no more economy here in America thats dependent on absolutely enslaved labor for its perpetuity.

What is left is the memory of the honor, hardship, sacrifice, and courage left by 1000's of families of the ancestors who braved hails of lead, enduring physical harm for their families and farms.

If one politician could articulate that, en mass, and let the matter rest, the issue over this symbol of pride and history may never rise again.

Beautiful display.
