Is it just me or does her silicon bag look like it don't set all that naturally in her left breast?
...either way, I'd hit it

5-8k.. Depending if they are bolt on (which they appear to be) or just a "reel-in" job...

Who's complaining? but since you mention it, 32C is kinda lightweight...

Not on that chassis. I wish she'd stayed away from the bolt-ons altogether.

Them're bolt-ons. Pretty good work, actually, but I'd guess her surgeon tried to take her from an A cup to a DD cup, which is hard to do unless the gal is well-marbled. She's awful thin, but if they're silicone rather than saline, after she packs on 15-20 pounds you won't even be able see or feel that they're bolt-ons.

Just my professional opinion, mind.

Doc, I'd say you were pretty close. She's not packing enough "finish" to support that size implant. When you can easily see a ridge on the top side, that's not adipose or breast tissue. You're looking at the top edge of an implant.

And when plastic surgeons go too far, pushing the envelope beyond appropriate, the more bizare their work looks. From that stand point and asthetically speaking, bigger isn't always better.
