Sorry to hear that, Roger.

me f'ing too. But all I have to give back is their stupid laptop and the lapel pin they gave for a job well done!

I better wipe both clean first! laugh

they switched me and everyone, from salary and only coming in @-3 days a week, to hourly. which means they want me in the yard everyday, even if it means just standing around.

i can't do that, if i can't make an extra 2000 a month doing flooring since there is no work for us out in the field right now i can't pay my bills and take care of my family, so its back to contracting full time.

all this is due to lawsuits.

Best of luck to you.

What are the reasons for the lawsuits?
Posted By: stxhunter Re: well - 08/19/15

Been there. I didn't have to file a lawsuit though. They paid. Said it was just an oversight. Right... Only happens when it's in their favor.

Sorry to hear that.

I don't know you but from your posts you seem like a hard working mofo and I doubt you'll be lacking for offers.

People like that are hard to find.

Good luck.

Good luck, Roger. I hope you find something else that fulfills your needs and expectations in a much better way.

Except, he will be quitting, so he will be ineligible to collect.
