Yes, it is a good read.

Cutler has had a lot of problems, some of his own doing, much of it just the situation he's been in & the coaching staffs & strategies they've used, but there's no doubt about his raw talent, IMO.

By contrast, Bill Bellichick has designed & built various teams around the talent he had at a given time, all centered on the strengths of his QB, & so Brady has thrived.
