-26 yesterday morning, -21 today. It is supposed to warm up to 3 above zero today- a real heatwave. The cold wasn't bad until the wind picked up yesterday. Windchill dropped things about 20 degrees. Even the dogs didn't want to go out any more than absolutely necessary.

Temps will continue to rise and it is going to be well into the 20s above zero by next weekend. If the weatherman is correct.

-20 is now up to -10 but a brisk north wind.

34F, it's a heatwave in Mayberry. I'd say the global warming thing is working out well for us but we've spent too many days on the low side of 0F.

+12* here. It's not the cold, but the wind coming across the big humidifier to the west dumping white stuff on us. I've been more intimate with my snowblower than my wife lately.

It was 11 when I got up, but I work nights and slept until 11:30, so it was just barely "morning".

Supposed to warm up to 16 today, cold again tomorrow with a warming trend back to normal temps by week's end.

I ain't fussin' about it, it won't be cold for very long.

It was 42 this AM warming enough in the afternoon to wear shorts while working in the yard.

How warm does it have to be for you to not wear them?
