He got out of the truck with hands out, walked clear of the truck then dropped his hands. He may have been reaching for a cell phone or a pack of gum but I really doubt it. In my mind he got what he wanted and not the officer has to live with it as do his kids who watched.

As to this guy's video- I just long for the days when "Get Some" meant something totally different.

The video says that the pocket he reached for a couple times contained a loaded 9mm. Who knows what he was thinking but his actions could easily be construed as violent.

Plenty of angles of the truck on the video and not 1 bullet hole evident. Are you really so dim as to think that if there was "over 100 shots" as this girl claims that all but the 3 that struck Finicum missed their target?

Also you again wrongly state the other occupant was "shot" when in reality he had a shrapnel wound and was treated and released from the ER that night. GSW's dont discharge same day. Again i point out that the zoomed and enhanced footage shows plenty of angles of that truck and not 1 bullet holes in it. Also from the time of the first stop all 4 windows of the truck are clearly rolled down and remain so throughout he video (this is even collaborated by the female "witness" who claimed they all had their hands out the windows". So how the [bleep] do you feel the side windows were shot out again?
