Yeah, I know it's an old joke among K9 handlers, but for the marginally informed such as myself, I thought it was pretty good...

Gotta be a way you can use that.....

Son and I had plenty of bruises from catching "Robi" my daughters Mal. He was a GREAT dog with coil springs in his legs and a steel trap for a mouth! smile smile smile

neighbor down the street bought a mal about a year ago to solve various issues. He says it's favorite day of the week is thursday when it goes to classes on the proper technique on biting people.
feral cats, and other two legged varmits don't come in the yard much.
Neat dog, and seems to like me.

I never paid much attention to Mals. :0 Then one day I was gassing up the truck in Junction, Tx, when a older fellow gets out of his truck, gets his power chair and dog, and goes inside. I finishing fueling and go inside to use the restroom. The men's room is not large, basically just one handicap stall. I walk in and the door to the stall opens and out steps a Mal, in front of his owner.

After all the stories I've read here about Mals, I think, "Oh f me, a Mal" but the dog stays calm and we pass in close quarters. On the way out the dog & owner are by the door, and I compliment him on his dog. We chat a bit, and the dog is calm, but resting his muzzle on his owner's leg, and watching me verrryyy carefully. smile

Preferably with bull dyke, man hating handlers....
