Immigration policy is currently in a complete shambles. Ben Carson's point about finding a refuge WITHIN Syria or the Mideast seems like the only sensible solution.

One of the articles says it is ridiculous to impose a federal policy on assimilating school kids within one year when they do not even know how to use a bathroom. I expect that point also applies to the adults, based on what I've read from deployed troops.

For some reason the Federales seem to like Amarillo for dumping "refugees".

In the 80's they got a ton of those "Vietnamese refugees".

The police weren't too happy about dealing with them either.

On top of active tuberculosis, they brought their crime rate too.

Amarillo also has a vibrant and robust transient community!
