Saw this at the range on Monday.. the folks who make these ARs are based locally.... they had 4 of them out taking finished products for a road test...

The Company is Era Three....

http://www.erathr3.com/collections/new-to-the-site/products/thenashville

For the guys that want the best with ALL the Bells and Whistles and top shelf stuff... ( which I am usually not of that school of thought)....these were some of the coolest ARs I've ever picked up...

They weight no more than my Sig 9mm handgun...

Carbon Fiber Wrapped Barrel and Skeletal Action, Uppers Made out of Titanium....and very well thought out....

Highly accurate also....and off the chart on the Cool Factor...

Thought I'd share it, as these are going to be a highly desired rifle as they get the company going...

Top Shelf Features, MicroScopic Attention to Detail, very high Quality.... not cheap, but from a close look I think they are worth ever penny and then some....

Where they at John?
I wonder why they don't list the weight on there web sight? You would think that would be the biggest selling point.

damn. Sorta like a Ferrari is a better car than a Chevy Cobalt. Price really does define performance.

Looks like they are using KAC's E3 BCG design.

Nice stuff, but not really any better than a lot of other high end stuff out there.

A 3 shot accuracy guarantee of an inch is not overly impressive for that kind of money.

$3,700? Not trying at all to be mean but that's a lot of money for a poor working man. I'll buy 3.5 used AR's for that. Neat looking and I'm sure reliable but good luck to them at that price point.

Looks like a quality parts list but i cant see the cost-vs- benefit of that rifle.

I have both a 14.5" and a 16" Northtech Defense that don't weigh much more and comes with a no questions asked sub MOA Guarantee (16") for over 1k less.

My 16" makes that accuracy with FGMM and my 69gr handloads from the bench with a 3-15 scope, the 14.5" typically runs right at MOA with a 2.5-10 up top.
