Just went through this with my Mom. She lived six months past when the Docs said she would.
The reason I give my own experience is to ask you to spend every minute with her that you can.

Make every day, every hour, every minute as positive as you can. We all die, not all of us know how soon, use it to your advantage.

Death is part of life and nothing can sharpen our senses about the person you are with more than knowing that you are about to lose them.

this is the second go round and they had to remove a big tumor to do a colostomy so if the bowel blocks again there is little hope.
I truly know that it's in God's hands and we do have great support from our cell[bible study] group. One son lives in town here and others are 800 miles away, but we are all only a prayer away.

One of my best friend's wife was diagnosed at that stage 4 years ago. They said there was nothing they could do. It was in her bones, her organs, her skin, everywhere. She took no treatment and they just tried to eat the healthiest foods, and pray a lot. It's 3 1/2 years later and I still see them at least once a week for a movie or whatever. Good luck and I will surely say a prayer for you.
