I'm still a wreck after the show...........great time with a great kid (she bought tix for an early BD present). Pretty dayam serious about art/music.......seen Maiden a few times (front row even). Just a lot of emotions running.......my daughter is such a sweetie. The shows always lift you up, and then you go home.......so it's kinda tough. But this time it was just different. The feelings get stronger day by day. Can't explain it all, or put a price on it. Yeah it's metal and Maiden, big stuff.......but the power is in the subtle aspects of the event.
Had a few Trooper Ales before the show
Fun little shuttle
They did Children of the Damned (not heard that one at any of the other shows I've been to) so that was very cool. Great set list actually. Some classics plus the new, my kid's first Maiden gig.
Silly maybe, but still an emotional event 2 days later. Post concert depression sucks. I hope next tour the kid and I do a full blast weekend instead of a one day deal (both had to work next day).
