3) A single poll comes out showing Trump down 3% to Hillary, barely in the margin of error - so based on the 0.5% chance that the poll is wildly off in favor of Trump and not against him, it's repeated here as Trump is tied with Hillary!

2) To point out the lies of the Trump campaign. Manafort telling the RNC that they should support Trump because he's just playing the crowd and is going to be more "presidential". That lasted... 2 days? Then Trump goes back to insults and junior high behavior.

Read the article I linked to. Trump has tried to be presidential about half a dozen times so far since he started running. He just can't keep it up - it's not in him to be mature. He's a vulgar narcissist who HAS to strike back publicly at anybody who says something bad about him. You can tell yourselves that it's just for the duration of the campaign, but he's been this way all of his life.

Trump never said what, specifically? That he was going to be more Presidential? Actually he's said it time after time, he often talks about how his wife and kids tell him he needs to be more presidential and that he knows he will have to be at some point. But you are right that Trump didn't say it this time, this time was Manafort telling the Republican National Party that Trump would do it. But Trump did act slightly presidential on the speeches immediately after New York and on the campaign trail. For 2 days. Then he started in on how disgusting of an eater Kasich is.

And, yeah, you posted after I went home last night and I didn't see your post from yesterday.
