A local plastic surgeon is being sued by a group of women for using fake breast implants instead of 'real' ones. He's accused of cutting costs by using cheap Chinese implants.
I thought the idea was to fake breast size. I guess it's a case of using fake fakes instead of real fakes.

I'd hate to think how fake implants look, real ones look fake enough. I've seen damn few real fakes that look anywhere close to natural. Most that have them replace them every few years, bigger, different style etc. A costly undertaking for such a poor result, whatever makes them happy I guess.
