In the next eight years, three U.S. Supreme Court judges will probably be replaced. If they are nominated by a liberal POTUS, the nature of our government will be changed so significantly that the country may never recover. Supreme court judges are appointed for life.
For as long as I can remember, there has been five conservative judges and four liberal judges serving on the Supreme Court. Justice Scalise just passed away unexpectedly and his replacement will be nominated by the next POTUS. There are now only eight judges serving on the court.
If the next POTUS is a liberal he/she could change the balance of the court by nominating a liberal judge to replace justice Scalise who was a conservative. But that situation could be dealt with in the short term. There are two other elderly judges, both conservatives, that are about to retire or maybe kick off in the next eight years. If they are also replaced by liberal judges there will be seven liberals and only two conservatives serving on the court.
With a liberal majority of that magnitude, decisions by the court over the lifespan of the new judges will change forever the nature of our government and our society. The United States of America, which has been a beacon of hope, freedom, and opportunity for the world throughout the last 150 years will disappear forever. You can kiss the Second Amendment and the First Amendment, and the rest of the Bill of Rights, goodbye.

Take a look at Trumps US Supreme Courts short list. They are ALL from fly over country and Texas. I assume Chuck Grassley has some input on the list. One of them works out of our Courthouse in Des Moines. He was Ken Starr's second chair during the Lewinski and impeachment hearings. I really want to see him on the Supreme Court. He won't get there if Americans start believing the BS falling out of the main stream media.
