USA TODAY - U.S. musician and songwriter Bob Dylan was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature on Thursday.
The 75-year-old won the prize "for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition," the Swedish Academy said.

I really enjoy his songs unless he is the one singing them. He has earned this award.

Big time the man is a lyrical genius.

I love Dylan's music and when you read the man's work as poetry his status as legendary quickly becomes clear.

Glad to see a Nobel Prize actually going to someone who deserves it.
