Pretty sure this was posted last year but I ran across the link again while perusing The Federalist. Unless you're the indecisive type it only wastes about 1 minute of your life. wink

http://thefederalist.com/2015/06/09/quiz-which-handgun-are-you/

Turns out I'm not a handgun at all but a Red Ryder BB gun.
Mine was quite correct. it said a Glock 45, but I`m a 10mm man.
Glock 21 45 caliber - guess I better buy one (don't own a Glock).
What is this, a Glock commercial?
It said Glock 21 for me.
This was dead on, 1911 .45.
Hmmmmm. I guess they are right. Smith 4506..... whistle
I'd be interested in how they come up with the calculations. I took it a second time and changed two or three answers but it came up with the same thing. Then I took it again and changed all the answer and it came up with a different handgun - Glock .45. Then I took it again and changed about three of the answers from the previous one and it still came up as a Glock .45 again.
Turns out I'm a 1911 .45. Seems I picked the right screen name grin
It called me a 1911 .45. Close enough, but I was really feeling like a Model 1917 Colt.
According to that; I'm a Glock 21... And I've already got a Glock 19.
How do you answer the movie question with Dirty Harry and end up with a Glock?
Took it twice, different answers, said Glock 21 both times. Hmmmmm.

Negative, I chose the tank.
Haha! Me too!

Still shopping for an M-48 in fact.
Glock 21 here... not really a Glock guy...

You will likely need to pick the Aston-Martin to be a Walther.
Said I was a Glock 21/workhorse....

They were half right....I'm a revolver guy all the way...
Apparently, they must think I'm a bad ass and don't need a stinking handgun. I get to enjoy my mountain solitude with the BB gun.
Jennings .25 auto
Glock 45 but I don't like Glocks its a feel thing but do own a XD45.
Results: Colt 1911 (.45)

While I have carried one extensively in the past, it's not my current choice, which is a Glock 17.

Damn!!! Get with it, fella. grin
.45 is correct i have carried a 1911 colt for 40+ years.
wouldn't own a glock

I can't afford myself!

funny, glock 21 in 45.
But lately with multiple perps and such my thoughts have been changing.

Always carried a kimber 3 inch in 45.

My wife just bought a 10mm Glock 20 sf.

I LIKE that gun plus the fact it has more power than a 45 and 16 ready to go... I'm thinking hard of converting.

And I just don't feel that comfortable with the 1911, and 7 or 8 rounds anymore.

But if I had to pick one for just love of shooting, 1911 all day long.

I'm also much more open to 9mm stuff since the advent of better bullets....

LOL don't worry, I have one, had it since the 80s, I think our god child shot it a while back, I have not fired it since the 90s.. its not all that impressive, its just a name..

If I wanted a 357 wheel gun for something, Smith....
19111
Another Glock 21 work horse. Keep a baby Glock in the car. But, prefer a 1911 for my .45...
I am a Glock 21. My Wife is a Red Rider BB Gun.....Humm
A glock 21, I prefer 1911's

Just re-took the test and changed all my answers - now it's m&p shield 9mm. Guess my new shield 45 will have to do whistle

Yeah, I have one of those. Paid $150 for it used in about '85, I think. Haven't fired it in 10 years or so, tho I sometimes carry it in a shoulder holster while backpacking. It's my camper gun also. Solids former, hollow points latter, respectively.
glock 21. I have 3 of them but I also have 2 GLOCK 20 IS 10MM.
Smith .357
Glock 21, not surprised.

"and I just don't feel that comfortable with the 1911, and 7 or 8 rounds anymore."

That reminds me of a former coworker:

She was about 5'5", 130 lbs and ran 5 miles every day to keep her remaining lung in good shape. One morning she was rushed by a new neighbor's 5 dogs, and unusual for her, she wasn't carrying her .38 revolver. The azzhole neighbor came rushing out into the power line right of way where she was facing down the dogs with a stick and tried to intimidate her by getting within inches. He failed, even to forcing her to look up into his face (he was well over 6' and probably 250 or so, according to Nancy).

The next day she belted on her .38, and loaded the 6th chamber before setting out.

Later, at work, she told me all this and I kidded her " Were you planning on missing once?"

She looked me right in the eye and said " I don't miss."

Oh..... smile
They pegged mine. Just like my avatar... smile
Glock 21.

I need to reevaluate my life choices. Nothing against others owning Glocks, of course.

Glock 21. Except in real life, I prefer my GLOCK 20 over my 21

I'd rather be an ass hole...

Dave
The quiz said I'm a .45acp 1911, but I'm sure I'm a 1847 Colt Walker.

Quiz knows you well..
At least I hold more than 8 loads.

Dave
Colt Python. I'm good with that; I can sell it and buy two or three Sigs.

same-o, same-o....to a T.
It says I am a Glock 21.

That is a 45acp.
I always carry a 380, 9mm, or 38sp.

I have owned 3 Glocks for 15 years and never carried one. They are too bulky.
Kramer Leather is in your neck of the rain forest. Good holsters will solve some of that bulkiness.
Glock 21???? What a BS quiz... I own many different makes - but a Glock'll never be one of 'em..
A G21 is a simple, dead reliable, accurate means of launching a good thumping. I wouldn't be offended unless I felt that I was handsomer than a G21.............which I'm not.
Sez I'm a Glock 21; Hell, I've been a 4" model 29 forever.
I'm a GLOCK 21? I HATE glocks! What about a 1911? Oh, the caliber is right....
Sheesh, I've got 1911's up the wazoo and I'm a GLOCK.
I'm a Glock 21 .45

But I own a Glock 22 .40
Thompson Contender in 30-06. Funny because I'm not a fan of Thompson...

Stop fighting it go buy two 1911's you can then be like Bruce Willis in the movie last man standing..
I did not take it because I already know what I am- an 1871-72 Colt Open
Top, my favorite cowboy gun.
Glock 21

You carry a 44 mag every day? I'm impressed. I've carried my 329 a few times but never really thought about it full time.
It said a Glock 21. I don't even like flocks.
I used to not either... the glock 20 has more more than impressed....1911 is in the safe now....
colt 1911-45,nice!
