There aren't many critters with a greater vocal repertoire than Canis latrans--if it's not a coyote, it's probably a Barred Owl!

I used to have dog that sounded like that. He couldn't really howl all that good and ended up sounding like some drunk guy out trying to sound like a dog howling. It was a kind of pathetic howl.
I don't know what it was but it woke my dog up and she was PO'd she came up growling and barking then gave me a dirty look like I had tricked her or somthing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
