When did it become the college's duty to do law enforcement? Were any of these reported to the actual police?

I'm not picking sides here but I'm not going to my accountant when I need a part welded.

It seems like it's similar to Penn State's situation a few years back.

Call the cops, not the Keystone Campus cops..
