Not every shop will do metric thread barrels, so, the list is shorter. Then there is truing the action with metic threads. McGowan makes their own barrels and does barreled actions for customer's actions, they advertise barrels by them for the Howa 1500 action, Vanguard, same/same.
Think I have 8 McGowan barrels on my own rifles and know they make barrels for several other custom gun shops. They use all CNC machines and list a long line of contours, chambering, twists, lengths and actions they cut for. Their data is all on line, so you can build your own on their web site, get a price and estimated delivery time, which they are good at keeping. They do custom chambers also.

I hope you never have to use there customer service, I used to live in the same town and simply tried to drop off a reamer to them for a friend who was using a reamer of mine what a [bleep] show, owner was an arrogant azz I swore I would never go back and I wont.
They have had a very high turn over rate for years that should be a clue.
