Anybody know what the difference in weight is between the Alaskan TI and the old TI? I'm hearing 2 ounces... Supposedly B&C says the old one weighed 22 ounces and the new one 24 ounces. Funny thing is my old one weighs 24 ounces! Never even seen one of the new ones so figured I'd ask here in case somebody knows. Or knows where there's a place on line that has the info. I can't find either on the B&C website.

TIA!
What part of the gun are you talking about? Just the stock?
Well, these may not be exact since I've seen them weigh various amounts. I had a Alaskan Ti II in SA BDL for a Rem 700.
Anyway, the Ti II which has the full block weighed 30oz, at least mine did. I also had a Alaskan Ti for a SA BDL, it weighed 27oz.
I have a LA old style Ti that weighs 25.9oz, but I also had one that weighed 27oz and one that weighed 25oz so not sure they are always alike. Do like them though.

Oh one other thing, if you are talking the stocks on the new Alaskan Ti rifles, I have one that is factory stock nothing changed on it, that one weighs 30.1ozs so pretty heavy really.
Thanks, yes I was talking just the stock weights, not the complete rifles. These would have have been the long action TI ADL configurations.

I'd heard the new ones (Alaskans) were pretty heavy, 30.1 isn't that bad but it's not 24! So one could assume rather easily that there would be more than a 2 ounce difference.

This makes more sense then the bs that somebody on another board was trying to feed me. I think he was either lying or scamming... Gotta give em credit for trying though.
I don't have a postal scale handy, but I just took delivery of an Alaskan Ti BDL yesterday. Shipped off my old LA Ti last week.

Don't know about weight, but it sure looks a heck of a lot better than an SPS stock.
