I am refitting/ cleaning up a "Jungle Carbine" for my son to use. I am keeping the rifle in original condition and to that end, I am trying to find a replacement recoil pad. I have seen them on the Numrich sight for a very reasonable $16.50. Being in Canada, the handing charge is $25.00 and the USPS rate is about $7.00.This means a $16.50 part runs me in excess of $50.00 after exchange. Does any body know of other (perhaps not usurious) retailers for such a part?

try Sarco - goggle it and it will show up. Maybe get some stripper clips, sling or extra mag or scope mount from gpc to make it worthwhile. Got a friend in Blaine, Washngton who can receive your order to avoid the 25.00 charge? The rubber insert should be OK to bring in. Blaine is about an hour or two away!
btw, Richmond is one of our favorite cities.
All kinds of things to do on # 3 road... Mel
