Fellas, picked up a 300HH 721 a yr. or so back an been doing some work on it. I rust blued the barreled action an tuned the trigger to 3.4oz., found a good stock for it and bedded. Reloaded and fired for accuracies as it goes and noted that the rounds don't kick out strongly. I will catch one empty kind of just laying on top and just dropping out now an again. I do work the bolt good so that is not in question. I put in a Wolff ejector spring and swapped out to a new 721 mag. extractor that I bought some time back when I had first received the rifle. I would like to know what next could help resolve this issue. A new follower spring?
I attempted to post a pic of this rifle but note it was to much KB's.....don't understand. its just a pic.

Some confusion here.

Are fired rounds not being strongly ejected?

Are magazine rounds not coming up to be properly caught by the bolt? (New follower spring - or make sure current one is properly installed. Try flipping it upside down from current if it will install that way)

What is a "mag. extractor"?

Follower spring has zero bearing. Sounds like extraction is good.

You've got schit in your ejector plunger,if not a broken ejector spring too.
