Anyone have any experience with X-Caliber Barrels (www.x-caliber.net)?

I've ordered a 6mm chrome moly blank for my vz-24 to turn it into a youth .243 for my 10 year old son. VERY reasonably priced barrels!

I don't have any experience with them but I wonder if they are the former Balska (?) barrels from that Columbia Falls/Kalispell area.
