Pretty much as the title states. I need just a bit more length to get into the lands where I want to be. Is there a way to modify the magazine box? Or are there aftermarket internal mag boxes made for this application?

Take out the magbox spacer in the back of it.

I rigged mine by drilling out the metal spacer and replacing with a thinner wood shim. Pretty redneck but it is working fine and low cost. I shoot 75 amax as well.

I just epoxied this one. Easy. 1/4" aluminum bar stock.

Can a similar mod be done with a Model 7 in .223?
